Yes — composting toilets are a supported off-grid option if discussed during quoting or Site Assessment.
If you choose this option:
The standard toilet will not be installed
No plumbing rough-ins will be provided for the toilet system
You must install the composting toilet after handover using a licensed tradesperson (if required)
Popular off-grid options include Nature’s Head and Separett composting units. Your builder can confirm the most suitable placement and venting if required.
This change must be confirmed before production begins, as internal plumbing is factory-installed.
