Yes — Expandify works with both private certifiers and council certifiers, depending on your location and the type of approval pathway.

Most of our Complete Package projects are approved through a CDC pathway using a private certifier. If you're pursuing Development Approval (DA), we can still liaise with a private certifier to streamline sign-offs.

You're also welcome to use your own certifier, provided they are licensed in your state or territory. If you're purchasing a DIY Kit, you'll need to coordinate your own certifier to finalise occupancy post-installation.
