The display home allows you to:

• Walk through a fully completed Expandify dwelling
• View the raked ceilings, colour selections, cabinetry, and fixture finishes firsthand
• Review floor plans and discuss layout preferences with a consultant
• Understand what’s included in the Complete Package and what’s customisable
• Ask questions about your block, council pathway, and site-specific costs

The display model is The Crest (50sqm) and is presented with full fit-out and standard inclusions, including the patio roof. No upgrades are shown — this is the true base model as delivered.

We strongly recommend booking an appointment so a consultant can walk you through the home and answer questions specific to your site and council.
