No — Expandify homes cannot be installed on concrete strip footings or slabs. All homes must use the engineered steel stump system included with the design.
Expandify’s exclusive footing system uses adjustable galvanised steel stumps, which:
Allow for elevation and levelling on various site slopes
Are engineered to suit H1-class soil as standard
Can be upgraded to suit H2, M, or P-class soil types
Provide airflow and moisture control beneath the dwelling
The system is certified and compliant with NCC footing and subfloor requirements. Alternative foundation systems such as concrete strip footings are not permitted and would void compliance and warranty.
