Yes — internal layout changes are allowed as long as they remain within the existing structural engineering.

All internal walls in Expandify homes are non-load-bearing and can be repositioned or removed. Layout changes include:

Enlarging or combining bedrooms

Creating open-plan living zones

Swapping room locations (e.g. bedroom for laundry)

Note:

Shifting a bathroom or laundry to a new position requires plumbing and builder works during installation in Australia. This incurs a $10,000 customisation and local install fee.

Layout changes must be approved and costed during quoting.
