No — factory-installed windows are only available in clear, double-glazed finish.
However:
Windows are 5mm Low E finish
They include argon-filled glass for improved efficiency
Privacy frosting or UV tinting can be added post-handover
Tinting and frosting must be applied by a licensed installer and are not covered under Expandify’s standard warranty.
