Yes — waterproofing is a standard inclusion in all Expandify homes and is completed during factory manufacturing.

All wet areas are fully waterproofed in accordance with NCC standards, including:

Bathrooms

Laundry areas

Kitchen splashbacks (as required)

The waterproofing process is part of our off-site quality control and is completed before the home is shipped. Once installed on-site, the waterproofing is reviewed during the final compliance and certification stage.
