Yes — all Expandify DIY Kits must be installed by either:
A licensed builder or contractor
An owner-builder with the appropriate state-issued permit
Expandify provides full documentation, engineering, and certification for installation, but we do not offer installation for DIY Kits. Customers must organise their own qualified installer and submit the required paperwork to council.
