Yes — all Expandify homes require either a Complying Development Certificate (CDC) or Development Approval (DA) depending on your site and local council regulations.

CDC is the fastest path and is included with both the DIY Kit and Complete Package (where applicable).

DA is required if overlays, access issues, or zoning prevent CDC approval. DA costs are separate and managed with a third-party town planner coordinated by Expandify.

Your Prelim report will identify the required approval pathway and any additional documents or reports you may need.
