No — you are not required to be present for installation.
Installation is coordinated entirely by the assigned builder and the Expandify project manager. On install day, the following occurs:
Delivery of the folded home
Crane placement on footings
Structural expansion and final setup
You will be provided updates and photos through the customer portal. If you'd like to be present, you're welcome to attend, but it’s not required for compliance, warranty, or installation purposes.
