Yes — all Class 1a homes in Australia must be connected to power, water, and sewage (or approved wastewater systems). Expandify homes are delivered with:

Pre-installed plumbing lines with external connection points

Pre-installed wiring including power points, lighting, and appliance outlets

Hot/cold mixer rough-ins and shower base installation

Not included by default:

Trenching beyond 10m (quoted separately)

Water tanks, septic systems, or off-grid plumbing (optional upgrades)

Utility connections are arranged by the builder under the Complete Package or by your licensed trades for DIY installations.
