No — Expandify bathrooms do not require tiling and are designed as a complete wet area system.

Each bathroom uses a solid acrylic wall and floor system with certified waterproof joinery. There is no liquid waterproof membrane. The entire space is pre-sealed to NCC standards and delivered ready for final fit-out.

Tiling is not required or recommended. Any post-install modifications may void compliance or damage the integrated wall panel system. All standard bathrooms include:

Matching wall panels with mould-resistant surfaces

Factory-installed fixtures and joinery
