No — Expandify does not sell or manufacture Class 10a structures such as sheds, garages, or carports.

All Expandify products are engineered as Class 1a buildings for residential purposes only. We do not currently offer detached or attached non-habitable structures.

If you need a shed or garage, Expandify can refer you to a trusted third-party provider. These items must be:

• Quoted and built separately
• Approved independently by your local council
• Installed by a separate contractor outside of the Expandify process

Sheds and garages are not included in our pricing or Prelim assessment and must be coordinated by the customer.
