All homes come with:
7-year structural warranty covering steel frame, roofing, wall panels, and footings
1-year fittings warranty covering cabinetry, tapware, drawers, and installed fixtures
These warranties apply to both DIY Kits (when installed correctly) and Complete Packages. Any modifications or unauthorised installations may void parts of the warranty. Refer to your Handover Pack for full warranty conditions.
