If your home has already arrived in Australia and needs to be stored before site delivery, storage fees will apply. These costs are passed on from the logistics provider and vary depending on location, duration, and container handling requirements.

Important notes:

Storage prior to Australian arrival is typically managed by the offshore factory at no charge

Once the container is offloaded at the Australian port, ongoing storage or demurrage charges may apply

All postponements must be communicated as early as possible to avoid unnecessary costs

If storage is required, a fee schedule will be provided as part of your updated delivery agreement.
