Tapware, tiling, exhaust fans, built-in TV cabinet

BMSA footing kit (not installed)

Engineering documentation and house plans

Not included:

Installation or labour

Site works or preparation

Council approval or submission

Trenching or utility connections

Appliances or whitegoods

DIY customers must engage a licensed installer and manage council approvals independently.
