Yes — Expandify homes are delivered in a folded state.

Each home is pre-assembled and engineered to fold down into a compact structure for transport. Upon delivery, the home is unfolded using a crane and locking system. Once unfolded, internal walls, cabinetry, flooring, and fixtures are already in place.

This unique system reduces installation time and maintains build quality by minimising on-site construction. All homes are tested and quality-checked at the factory before folding and transport.

The unfolding process is managed by licensed builders as part of the Complete Package or by the customer’s licensed contractor for DIY Kit installations.
