No — Expandify homes are not certified to Passive House standards, which require airtightness testing, heat recovery ventilation, and specific performance modelling.
However, our homes are highly energy efficient, offering:
Double-glazed, argon-filled low-e windows
PU sandwich panels with integrated insulation
Rockwool wall cores (50mm and 100mm thick)
Integrated underfloor insulation
These features provide high thermal performance for residential use, and allow most homes to meet or exceed 6-star energy ratings depending on the site.
If Passive House-level performance is required, you would need to engage a private consultant for additional envelope sealing and certification.
