Roofs are certified for solar loads and have a 10-degree pitch suitable for solar.

Off-grid setups (e.g. water tanks, septic, batteries) are not standard and must be quoted separately.

Pre-wiring for solar is not included unless specifically requested during quoting.

Off-grid homes require additional council consideration and may not be approved in all locations.
