Modifications made to your Expandify home after installation may impact your warranty coverage.
Our warranty terms clearly state that any unauthorised modifications, poor workmanship, or non-compliant changes completed after handover may void your warranty. This applies to both the:
7-year structural warranty, covering the steel frame, wall systems, roof structure, and footings
1-year fittings warranty, covering cabinetry, tapware, flooring, fixtures, and joinery supplied by Expandify
If you wish to make post-install modifications, we strongly recommend consulting with a licensed builder who can assess whether the proposed changes would compromise the integrity of the structure or waterproofed areas.
Changes made without compliance to our engineering documentation or certification requirements are not covered under any warranty.
