No — BAL (Bushfire Attack Level) overlay reports and certificates are not included in the base package.
If your site is in a bushfire-affected area, a BAL overlay report will be required during the Prelim and Site Assessment phase. This is a third-party report and will be quoted separately based on your property’s location and council requirements.
Currently, Expandify homes are certified for BAL Low and BAL 12.5. If your site is above this level, the dwelling may not be eligible without major upgrades.
