No — scaffolding is not required during Expandify home installation.

All homes are factory-built and folded for delivery. Once on site, they are craned into position and expanded without requiring scaffolding. The entire install process is completed at ground level using:

A crane suited to the site

The BMSA footing system

Pre-installed structural elements

All construction and compliance inspections are completed using ground-based access and do not require any scaffolding rental.
