Yes — all Expandify homes are engineered with integrated service space for electrical wiring, plumbing, and internal connections.
Each wall includes:
A steel frame core with pre-designed service gaps
Rockwool insulation packed around the frame (not solid throughout)
Bamboo panelling internally to enclose the structure
While there is no separate chase cavity like traditional plasterboard construction, the steel frame incorporates compliant pathways for all internal cabling. These are designed to protect wiring in accordance with Australian Standards and ensure full access during the build phase. All wiring is installed and protected within the structural wall system during manufacturing.
