Expandify homes are certified up to Wind Classification C2, suitable for cyclonic areas with wind gusts up to 250 km/h.

Soil classification from Site Assessment

Reinforced footing upgrades based on wind zone

Engineered stump layout and tie-down design

The C2 upgrade is available for $5,000 and must be confirmed at the quoting stage. Engineering specs are completed after the soil test and site access review.

We do not currently offer Category D or cyclone shelter-class builds.
