Quarterly gutter cleaning and inspection of stormwater drainage

Annual inspection of structural joints, fixings, and waterproofing

Routine servicing of ventilation, tapware, and fans if needed

Ensuring subfloor and perimeter clearance for ventilation

Any structural defects within the warranty period should be reported to Expandify immediately. Maintenance outside this period is the homeowner’s responsibility.
