The Expandify contract is a fixed-scope, staged agreement that sets out all inclusions, responsibilities, and timelines for your project.
It includes:

- Site-specific installation details
- Engineering and compliance documentation
- Council approval pathway (CDC or DA)
- Payment schedule and agreed batch timing
- Cancellation and refund conditions
- Warranty coverage for structural and non-structural items

Once signed, the contract is legally binding. You’ll receive a full copy for review prior to signing, and any changes thereafter must be processed as a formal variation.
