Expandify homes are built with a metal cladding exterior system. This material is:

Pre-coated, colour-fast steel

Low-maintenance and weather-resistant

Factory bonded with a foil vapour membrane underneath

The cladding is bonded to an internal wall system that includes 100mm rockwool insulation and a steel structural frame. The cladding is not painted on-site but instead is part of the prefabricated wall structure.

No rendering or external painting is used or required. Customers can select from a fixed range of colour options during quoting, but no alternate cladding materials are currently available.
