All Expandify homes come with a 1-year fittings warranty, covering defects in factory-installed finishes and fixtures.

This includes:

Kitchen and laundry cabinetry

Laminate or sinter-stone benchtops

Vinyl plank flooring

Internal doors and handles

Tapware, mixers, towel rails, shower screens, and mirrors

Exhaust fans and ceiling fans

The warranty applies from the date of installation or delivery (depending on whether you purchased a Complete Package or DIY Kit). It covers any manufacturing or installation faults related to standard inclusions but does not cover damage due to misuse, accidents, or post-installation alterations.
