If damage occurs during delivery, Expandify and its logistics providers will review the delivery logs, install photos, and crane reports to assess the issue.
Minor scuffs or scratches will be documented and scheduled for touch-up by the assigned builder (Complete Package) or passed on as repair instructions (DIY Kits). Major damage will be covered under Expandify’s transport insurance or the crane contractor’s insurance policy.
Customers should:
Inspect the home during installation or at handover
Take clear photographs of any issues
Notify Expandify within 24 hours of delivery
We’ll manage rectification either before final builder sign-off or coordinate warranty repair if identified later.
