If your existing or proposed septic setup doesn’t meet council requirements, the following may be necessary:

Replacing the septic system entirely

Upgrading to meet newer absorption standards

Installing a different wastewater treatment system (e.g. secondary treatment plant)

Expandify does not install or design septic systems directly but works with builders who coordinate this for Complete Package customers.

The cost of any required wastewater management report, design, and system installation will be quoted separately. This is not included in the $5,000 Site Assessment or the base home price.

For DIY Kits, you must organise these items with your own qualified plumber and ensure full council compliance before occupancy approval.
