The Complete Package is a comprehensive, Class 1a compliant solution that covers everything needed to install and legally occupy your Expandify home. It is best suited for customers who want a fully managed process handled by a licensed builder.

This package takes your home from factory dispatch all the way to final council sign-off.

Standard inclusions:

  • Expandify dwelling (folded for delivery, expanded on-site)
  • Internal fit-out: kitchen, bathroom, laundry, lounge, bedrooms
  • TV cabinet, blinds, decorative finishes, modwood decking
  • BMSA footing kit (750mm high stumps for H1 soil type)
  • Energy efficiency report & Class 1a certification
  • Private certifier for CDC approval
  • Builder labour for full installation
  • Power and water connection (within 10m, clear access only)
  • Franna crane and rigid/semi-trailer delivery (within 100km of capital city port)
  • Final clean and occupancy certificate

Not included:

  • Site clearing or earthworks
  • Trenching over 10m or with obstacles
  • Council DA pathway (if required)
  • Overlay reports (BAL, flood, acoustic, etc.)
  • Non-standard installation (steep slopes, tree removal, etc.)

Installation costs and site-specific variations are invoiced separately by your assigned licensed builder and vary depending on the unique aspects of your land.
