All Expandify homes include a complete internal fit-out:

Kitchen: Overhead and base cabinetry, sink, splashback, and mixer tap

Bathroom: Shower, toilet, vanity, mirror, towel rail, and exhaust fan

Laundry: Laundry tub, mixer tap, cabinetry, and plumbing provisions

Living Area: Built-in TV cabinet, ceiling fan, and feature wall panel

Fixtures & Finishes: Flooring, cabinetry, mirrors, towel rails, exhaust fans, and wall finishes — all included as standard (not upgrades)

These inclusions apply to both DIY Kits and Complete Packages. No additional internal fit-out is required post-installation.
