We don’t refer to our packages as "basic" or "inclusive" — instead, we provide:

1. DIY Dwelling Kit

For licensed builders or owner-builders:

  • Home in flat-pack form
  • Includes internal fit-out, footing system, and documentation
  • No installation, approvals, connections, or council submission
  • Suited to customers confident managing their own build

2. Complete Dwelling, Council & Installation Package

For customers wanting a full solution:

  • Everything in DIY Kit, plus:
    • Council approval (CDC)
    • Builder installation
    • Utility connections
    • Final handover and Occupancy Certificate
  • Managed entirely by Expandify and licensed builder partners

Shared inclusions across both:

  • Blinds, TV cabinet, modwood decking, smart lighting
  • Full bathroom, laundry, kitchen, and fixtures
  • Structural certification and Australian compliance

Customers can remove certain inclusions to reduce cost (e.g. exclude laundry, remove blinds, opt-out of patio roof). These are discussed during the final selection process before contract.
