Expandify homes can be installed on moderately sloped sites, but there are limits.
The maximum slope allowed without earthworks is 200mm of fall per 5 metres of horizontal distance.
Beyond this slope, cut and fill or other earthworks may be required before installation.
All sites are assessed during the Site Assessment phase using survey and drone data. If a slope exceeds the maximum, Expandify will provide a recommendation for site preparation or may refer you to a local contractor. Foundation systems, such as adjustable steel stumps, are designed to accommodate moderate undulations but cannot be used for steep gradients without further engineering.
