The minimum required overhead clearance for Expandify home delivery is 4.5 metres. This clearance ensures safe access for the low-loader truck and crane during the delivery and installation process.

Your site must also meet the following access requirements:

Minimum 3.5m wide level access

Maximum gradient of 200mm per 5m

No overhanging branches or structures in the access path

Overhead powerlines, trees, or structures are reviewed during your Site Assessment. If standard access is not possible, a larger crane or alternate solution may be required. Additional costs may apply in these cases.
