Every Expandify home includes a compact, fully functional laundry area as part of the standard fit-out.

This includes:

A single laundry sink in a laminated cabinet

Bench space for a front-loader or top-loader washing machine

Cabinetry with hinged door access

Wall tap points and plumbing rough-in for washing machine

Exhaust fan (combined with ceiling light)

There are no appliances included, but plumbing and electrical are ready for installation of washing machines and dryers.

The laundry may be relocated during quoting within engineering limits for a layout fee. In some layouts, it is integrated with the bathroom or placed along a rear wall depending on space.
