The DIY Kit and Complete Package contain the same Expandify home structure and internal fit-out, but differ in who installs the home and what services are included.
Here’s the difference:
DIY Kit:
- Expandify supplies the full home folded for delivery
- Includes internal fit-out, engineered steel subfloor kit, and full documentation
- Does not include installation, council submission, or site works
- For customers who are licensed builders or owner-builders
- Must arrange their own trades and approvals
Complete Package:
- Includes everything in the DIY Kit plus:
- Council approval via CDC
- On-site installation by a licensed builder
- Footing kit installation
- Site coordination and handover
- Managed end-to-end by Expandify and our licensed builder network
The structural and aesthetic components of the home are the same in both options.
