Expandify’s external walls are made from 100mm-thick rockwool sandwich panels (120kg/m3 density), and internal walls are 50mm-thick rockwool sandwich panels.

While we do not currently publish a certified Rw or dB rating for our panels, rockwool is widely known for its superior acoustic insulation properties. The wall system offers:

Strong sound dampening between rooms

Reduced external noise transmission

Improved acoustic comfort compared to traditional timber-frame construction

This system is suitable for residential and home office applications. If you require certified acoustic ratings for your project (e.g. for music studios or special zoning), this can be quoted as an overlay report during the Prelim.
