All Expandify homes are constructed using galvanised, powder-coated steel framing throughout.

This includes:

Wall, ceiling, and floor structural framing

Roof support structure and internal reinforcement

Factory-welded steel components in the base platform

Galvanised steel is used for long-term corrosion resistance and termite protection. The frame system is designed for permanent Class 1a dwellings and meets NCC structural standards across all regions.

There are no alternate materials or frame systems — this steel frame system is standard for every Expandify model.
