Expandify manages and coordinates all transport and crane logistics, including insurance coverage while your home is in transit and being delivered to site.

This includes:

Transport from the manufacturing facility to the Australian port

Delivery from port to your property

Craning the building into final position (standard crane only)

If your site requires additional cranes or has complex access issues, these will be quoted separately. Any insurance for damage during these logistics is handled by our transport and delivery partners, not the customer.

Your home is insured during transit and crane placement. Once handover occurs, you will need to have your own home and contents or construction insurance in place.
