No — plumbing rough-ins are not included in either the DIY Kit or the Complete Package.

All homes are delivered without plumbing pipework completed and connections must be completed on-site.

For Complete Packages:

• The builder's licensed plumber will complete the install internal and then external to connect to the on-site services during the build process

For DIY Kits:

• The customer is responsible for engaging a licensed plumber to perform the internal install and external to then connect to sewer/septic and water sources
• Detailed plumbing layout documentation is provided as part of the DIY Kit to guide your plumber

Please note: All wet area fixtures (toilets, taps, sinks, vanities, etc.) are pre-installed, but plumbing lines must be connected by qualified trades to meet Australian standards.
