However:

• These alternatives must be re-engineered and approved by our structural team
• Additional engineering fees apply for non-standard foundation options

The standard BMSA footing kit is designed for most H1 soil sites. Alternate systems may be needed for:

• Reactive or highly sloped soil conditions
• Special zoning or planning overlays
