Yes — but additional planning is required.

Delivery is possible if:

  • Driveway width meets the minimum 3.5m clearance
  • Grade does not exceed 200mm fall per 5m run (or must be reviewed)

If the site is particularly steep, narrow, or curved:

  • Temporary access tracks may be created
  • Builder may recommend alternative crane or truck positioning
  • Expandify will review this during the Site Assessment using drone and survey data

Site-specific quotes may apply where crane setup or truck access is non-standard.
