It’s not required, but it’s highly recommended that either you or an authorised representative is present during installation.
Why this matters:
- To grant access to the site, especially for crane and trades
- To approve final home positioning (within engineering constraints)
- To answer questions from the site team if unforeseen issues arise
- To walk through the dwelling post-install for quality review
If you can’t attend, your project manager will coordinate a virtual check-in or designate a responsible party to oversee key steps on your behalf.
