Expandify homes are designed to accommodate standard site slopes within limits. The maximum allowable fall is 200mm per 5 metres.

If your block has a slope exceeding this limit, one of the following may be required:

• Cut and fill works to create a level building pad
• Customised footing heights or engineered solutions
• Additional support stumps and bracing

All of this is assessed during the Site Assessment phase. For DIY Kits, the customer is responsible for completing or arranging this work. For Complete Packages, Expandify arranges the solution via the assigned builder.

The standard finished floor level is 400mm to 900mm off ground, adjustable using our BMSA footing system. Any requirement for heights above this range requires case-by-case engineering and additional cost.
