Answer:
Expandify homes can be installed on sites with a maximum fall of 250mm over every 5 metres. If the slope exceeds this, the site may require cut and fill or extended engineered pier systems to allow safe installation.
Slope-related details:
- Steep sites may require custom subfloor engineering (additional cost)
- Crane access must still be level and stable regardless of site slope
- Retaining walls or earthworks may be necessary for major gradients
All slopes must be disclosed during the Site Assessment process, and Expandify’s team will advise whether site adjustments or additional works are required to proceed.
