A 25-tonne Franna crane is typically used to install Expandify homes on clear, level sites. This is included in both the DIY Kit and Complete Package.
Additional equipment may be required based on:
- Site slope or access restrictions
- Home model weight and footprint
- Height of pier footings or installation platform
- Obstructions like trees, fences, or powerlines
The site assessment team will evaluate crane access before final contract, and if a larger crane or traffic permits are needed, you’ll be quoted separately.
