No — Expandify homes cannot be installed on a concrete slab under any circumstance.

Our dwellings are designed exclusively for stumped footing systems using the BMSA-engineered steel subfloor. This design:

• Allows for concealed utility connections beneath the home
• Maintains airflow and prevents moisture buildup
• Supports the fold-out expansion system during delivery and setup

Pouring a slab before delivery may void your warranty and render the structure non-compliant. All site preparation must follow Expandify’s engineering requirements, and slab-based installation is not supported.
