Expandify homes are well-suited to gently sloping blocks thanks to their adjustable steel stump foundation system. However, slope limitations and engineering requirements still apply.

Standard installation can accommodate blocks with a maximum fall of 200mm every 5 metres. This allows for cost-effective installations without complex site works.

If your slope exceeds this:

  • A full site survey will be conducted during the Site Assessment stage
  • The builder and engineering team will determine whether cut and fill is required or if elevated footings can be designed
  • Additional engineering and fees may apply for steeper sites or non-standard soil types

The stumps used in our BMSA system can be individually adjusted to meet these slope tolerances, and the installation manager will review all access, gradient, and elevation data prior to confirming your build timeline. This allows us to provide a compliant and structurally sound installation solution without needing a slab or complex excavation.
