Standard inclusions:

• 1.8m deep decking using premium modwood to all patio and stair areas
• Installed by your assigned licensed builder

Additional options:

• Mobility ramps to meet code requirements
• Timber-look alternatives (special request only)

Currently, full-wrap decks and patio extensions are not offered. All additions must remain within the approved footprint and can be discussed during your Site Assessment and quoting phase.
